I am thrilled to announce that Bath Insider Tours has won Gold in the Bristol Bath and Somerset 2021/22 Tourism Awards for the Experience of the Year category. The awards recognise the best tourism and hospitality businesses in the region. The Experience of the Year category recognises providers of truly memorable and immersive activities for visitors to participate in. As part of the judging process businesses had mystery shoppers to assess the experiences.
I set-up Bath Insider Tours almost 4 years ago with the goal of creating wonderful experiences and memories for visitors to the region and so this award is a fantastic accolade for this. I was in Colombia brushing up on my very limited Spanish (!) at the time of the awards ceremony so that afternoon I celebrated with a Colombian beer, interestingly called BBC!
My congratulations to all the other businesses who won awards and who are creating great experiences for visitors to my home city of Bath and the local area - from my perspective creating wonderful experiences is what our businesses are all about.
