Bath Insider Tours is re-starting tours from July 4th. Extra steps have been put in place to follow Government and Industry COVID-19 guidelines and in recognition of this, Bath Insider Tours has been awarded the "We're Good to Go" certification by the National Tourist Board of England. Bath Insider Tours is good to go and looking forward to showing visitors around once again!
If you are booking a tour for this summer please be aware of the following:
- All tours requiring transport will use a private, licensed vehicle which will have been cleaned for your tour. It will be just you, your family/friends and I in the vehicle.
- All guests are asked to wear a face-mask when they are inside the vehicle, I will also be wearing a face-mask in the vehicle. If you do not have a face-mask I will provide disposable face-masks. - Face-masks are not required when we are outdoors but if you prefer to wear one when we are outdoors please do. - Hand-sanitiser will be available for all tours. - You may book a tour for up to a maximum of 5 people. - Attractions are restricting visitor numbers and all visits have to be pre-booked for a specific time-slot. If this applies to your tour (e.g. Stonehenge tours) I will book your tickets and the appropriate time-slot upon receipt of your booking. Please ensure that you are ready for pick-up at the start time specified for your tour. - Not all attractions will be opening from July 4th. All tours that I am able to operate will have the "We're Good to Go" logo displayed on the tour page.
- If you or a member of your group are feeling unwell before the tour please call me to cancel the tour. All tours in the summer that are cancelled up to an hour before the start time of the tour will receive a full refund minus any 3rd party costs that have already been incurred (e.g. card transaction fee, admission tickets).
- To support the NHS Test and Trace I will be required to ask you for a contact number. This data along with your name will be kept on record for 21 days. During this time it will only be shared with the NHS Test and Trace if it is required to help stop the spread of COVID-19. You are not under any obligation to provide this information.
The above measures will remain in place until the UK Government and Industry COVID-19 advice deem that they are no longer necessary and so may extend past the summer. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in contact.
