from Bath with onward transfer to Glastonbury

TOUR DESCRIPTION
 

I will collect you at 8:30am from your accommodation in Bath and drive you to Stonehenge, approx. 50 minutes away.

​

I will guide you around the Stonehenge Visitor Centre and the ancient stone circle. I have visited Stonehenge over 300 times and it still impresses me each time I visit! Knowing the history and theories behind Stonehenge really enhances a visit so I will share these with you along with its unusual stories!

​

After exploring Stonehenge I will drive you to Wells, England's smallest city, located just over 1 hour away. On route we will stop for lunch at a village pub.

​

Wells is renowned for its impressive cathedral, its clock which is one of the oldest in the world and a street which is the oldest residential street in Europe - all of which you will visit during our private walking tour of Wells.

​

After visiting Wells I will drive you to your accommodation in Glastonbury, arriving around 5pm. 

​

ADDITIONAL INFO
 

We will be walking on grass at Stonehenge so please bear this in mind for your footwear. We will not be able to go inside the stone circle but we will get close to the stones.

TOUR PRICE
 

Your entrance ticket into Stonehenge is included. A donation to Wells Cathedral to support them in the maintenance and running of the cathedral is also included.

Refreshments and lunch are not included in the price of tour.
